Personnel policy in the sphere of training of teachers and improvement of their professional skills in the North Caucasus in the 30th of the XX century

In this article the problem of preparation of pedagogical staff for high comprehensive school and improvement of their pedagogical skill in the North Caucasian region in the 30th years of the XX century is characterized. State policy in the field of preparation of pedagogical staff, management of school regarding personnel policy, a sociocultural situation of the North Caucasus of the 30th years of the XX century are investigated. Problems of financing, equipment of schools, providing schools of North Caucasus region with staff and improvement of their vocational training existing during the studied period of a problem are discussed.
