How to convert cadastral value

The authors proposed a method for calculating the cadastral value on the basis of a statistical analysis of market data, which provides for splitting an array of objects into clusters with the same set of pricing factors available for analysis. Based on the results of statistical analysis within each cluster, a simple and uniform formula for calculating the cadastre value, which has the form of a power function, can be obtained. The application of the method will eliminate contradictions and imbalances in the results of the cadastral valuation, which are the cause of distortions in the calculation of tax payments.
