The paper presents the observations of the influence of the Karelian-Finnish epic poetry "Kalevala" on Komi literature. During the XX century its ideas, tunes, images and elements of versification reflected in the works of Komi classics of K. Zhakov, V. Chistaleva, V. Lytkina.
