The study's major hypothesis suggests the presence of a need for digitalization of an international-level campus by creating a complex digital platform on its basis. The following are proposed as components of sucha platform: an internal social network, educational services and units, special-purpose services and units, acampus dashboard with possibility of online interaction with the city (representatives of the business community, industries and citizens). Based on the results of the latest multidisciplinary studies by domestic and foreignscientists, the authors prove that the introduction of such components will contribute to increasing the efficiencyof the implementation of inclusive processes in the academic environment and beyond, increasing the prestige andcompetitiveness of beneficiaries, academic mobility, improving the psychological well-being of students, as well asattracting additional funding for both the platform itself and the educational institutions included in the inter-university union. The novelty of the research conducted within the framework of this article lies in the possibilityof using existing domestic programs to create new types of multi-component digital platforms operating in a singlewindow mode, the functionality of which will be able to satisfy a number of needs of the population, business andthe state, reflected in national and regional strategic development programs.
