Cardinal transformations social-economic system as a consequence of reoan ideals and values in the society

The article proposes methodological criteria for socio-economic evaluation of the revolutionary break-up of the political and economic system as a result of the October Revolution of 1917. In addition, an attempt was made to determine the objective causes and root causes (the nature of the phenomenon) of the events of 1991-1993 in the Russian Federation. The main regularities of reforming and transforming the economy of state socialism into a market-mixed one taking into account the traditions and mentality of the Russian population are shown. Partly showing the role of the subjective factor in the genesis of self-supporting market principles of management and competitiveness of enterprises and organizations, as well as the entire industrial complex of the country.
