The article presents the research dealing with the attributive aspect of the career readiness of young professionals. It has been found that the young professionals with the high level of career readiness are more inclined to response rationally to new situations, than the persons with the low level of career readiness who demonstrate vivid emotional behaviour. The authors believe that to improve the career readiness it is necessary to work with the attributive vectors and emotional response of graduates.
