Category of natural obligations in foreign regulations

Resume: The article examines the options for establishing the institution of natural obligations in the legislation of foreign countries. Particular attention is paid to the legal regulation of this institution in France, Germany and Austria. It is concluded that it is necessary to use foreign experience in the development of an appropriate legal institution in Russian civil law.
