The category of effectiveness and the specificity of its manifestation in the lexical-semantic field of visual and auditory perception (based on the English language)

This paper analyzes the lexical units of lexical-semantic field of visual and auditory perception with the aim to identify the feature of “effectiveness” of perception in their semantic structure. The peculiarities of realization of these lexemes are determined on the syntagmatic level.
