Case-technology as a means of student’s knowledge enhancing on biology lessons

The article deals with the use of case technologies in teaching biology, the fragment of the lesson of case technologies is given, didactic principles of which are based on case technologies the stages of work with the case in biology class are shown. This technology relies on certain didactic principles: first, an educational task focused on a practical situation is developed; second, there is no one definite answer to solve the task, but there are some answers which can compete on validity degree. Application of the case technology in educational process develops pupils' thinking, perception, increases motivation and stimulates cognitive interest of pupils, but it demands serious long preparation and, certainly, more time for the teacher to prepare for the lesson.
