The kinetics of the drying process conducted with bagasse red clover on an experimental dryer superheated steam at atmospheric pressure in the active hydrodynamic regimeswere studying. The rational intervalsof parameter changeswere obtained. The problem of optimization, which allowedallocating the optimum range of variation of the input factors according to three criteria through compromise was solved.
