As an organizational culture, corporate culture is a reflection, accumulation and development of historical culture, national culture and social culture at an enterprise. Chinese corporate culture has made a significant contribution to the development of China's socialist market economy. The term corporate culture appeared in China in the mid-1980s under the auspices of the Chinese Communist Party (hereinafter referred to as the CCP), in connection with the "historical need to combine the basic postulates of Marxism with the reality of modern China, the importance of a correct attitude to foreign experience, the need to study it in order to build a dynamic and rapidly developing socialist China. Chinese corporate culture is based on traditional cultural ethics and has the basic characteristics of a socialist system". The article explored the formation process and features of the Chinese corporate culture. The types and classifications of the Chinese corporate culture are proved and generalized.
