Classification of railway transport facilities aimed at the administrative and legal support of their anti-terrorist security

The subject of the study is railway transport facilities (transport infrastructure facilities, vehicles), the protection of which from acts of unlawful interference is the content of transport security. The author classifies the facilities using the method of comparative legal analysis which makes it possible to determine the main directions for improving anti-terrorist protection of these facilities. The author makes proposals on the development of requirements ensuring transport security for objects of traffic control of railway transport vehicles and critical elements of railway rolling stock, conducting transportation of passengers and high-risk cargo under special permits.
