Classification of relative regular algebras

This paper discusses the generalization of the problem of regular realizability. It introduces the concept of relatively regular Boolean algebras - Boolean algebras that consist of intersections of regular languages with some fixed language. We prove the following statement: for any atomic Boolean algebra, there exists an isomorphic relative regular algebra.
