Classification of types employee behavior (stereotypes of manifestation)

The article deals with the actual problem for modern management sociology, which is associated with the identification of stereotypes in the behavior of personnel and the construction of models of identification behavior of personnel. The contradiction in the sphere of wage labor is confirmed. On the one hand, the previously existing system of employee values, which was focused on the primacy of public interests, is losing its effectiveness, on the other hand, enterprise managers are not yet fully using technologies for diagnosing employee behavior types that allow creating conditions for achieving the goals of organizations in the new reality. The classification of types of personnel behavior is developed, as well as the stereotypes of their manifestation are formulated: employees with an unstable behavior pattern; employees with a persistent behavior pattern; employees with an inadequate response to managerial influences.
