The current tendencies in a rating management system formation in organizational social-and-economic systems are considered. The authors justify the decrease in laboriousness and the increase in the reliability of decision making in the course of the rating evaluation study in management practice. The effectiveness of the interaction of the managing centre with the objects of the organizational system is determined by a number of classification features that affect the structure of the rating management. It is proposed to organize decision-making within this structure based on management mechanisms related to the optimal distribution of resource provision by coordinating the interests of the management centre and the objects of the organizational system as well as an upward change in their rating status based on a combination of expert and optimization approaches.
