Cluster analysis in training future bachelor-builders

The article deals with the development of a unified educational, scientific, technical and economic space of the region, aimed at the implementation of innovations. The analysis of the dynamics of the construction industry in the Republic of Bashkortostan over the past five years is carried out. These indicators are compared with the growth rates of construction volumes in the Volga Federal District of the Russian Federation and in the world, which made it possible to highlight a number of problems in the construction industry of the Republic of Bashkortostan. In addition, the dynamics of Russia’s positions in the global innovation index, consisting of 80 indicators, including the construction industry, has been investigated. The ranking results are the average indicators of sub-indices, such as: innovation resources (human capital and science, infrastructure, institutions, the level of market and business development), innovation results (results of creative activity, development of technologies and the knowledge economy) and innovative activity of the regions. Based on the analysis, a cluster model of interaction of the city of advanced socio-economic development Kumertau with the Kumertau branch of the Orenburg State University was proposed using the example of the «Construction» course. The methods of its implementation using the most modern software systems in the construction industry, building information modeling technologies (BIM-technologies), additive technologies, innovative building materials and structures, have been offered. Such methods are aimed tot training bachelors, who are able to implement innovative projects in practice through cluster analysis of indicators.
