Successful orthopedic treatment of complicated clinical cases demands thorough analysis of occlusal factors. The article reviews the elective approach of pregrinding, and also some clinical results and functional tests that establish the success and efficiency of the approach are presented. The creation of an adequate occlusal scheme helped to improve microcirculation parameters in periodontium, registered during the treatment.
