Clinical picture and diagnostics of the complicated forms of an erypsipelas

Abstract. The work is based on an analysis of the results of the study 106 patients with diagnoses phlegmonous-necrotic and necrotic forms of erysipelas streptococcal etiology. The essence of surgical treatment consisting in excision of all necrotic tissue, re-necrectomy, in combination with targeted antibiotic therapy is described. The criteria for early diagnosis of this disease are presented and defined. A comparative analysis of complicated forms of erysipelas and necrotizing fasciitis of streptococcal etiology is given.
