Treatment of 145 patients with combined severe brain injury is carried out. In the first group the number of bronchopulmonary complications decreased by 21% and quantity of lethal outcomes decreased by 11,9%. On classification of ASA at 78 (53,79%) patients the fourth class of serious condition, at 67 (46,2%) - the fifth class took place. The coma of 2 degrees is determined by a scale of Glasgow at 98 (67,58%) victims; at 47 (32, 41%) - coma of 3 degrees. In the first group at 97 (66,9%) victims imposed tracheostoma on our way (The patent of Russian Federation No. 2409326) within the first 3 days after trauma, in the second - at 48 (33,1%) victims in later period.
