For the purpose of identification the clinical and immunological aspects of early period of primary infection by tuberculosis micobacterium at children, living in rural areas, the prospective comparative research which included 269 children in the early period of primary tuberculosis infection standing on the dispensary account at regional phthisiatrician on VIA group, and 269 children, who was not infected by tuberculosis observed on pediatric sites of Central regional hospital, which are picked up for a method the copy-pair (age and sex) is conducted. For studying the immune status of 24 children at the early period of primary tuberculosis infection, and 24 not infected children are examined. Clinical features of primary infection at rural children are revealed: frequent development of paraspecific reactions, existence of lowered food, symptoms of vegetative-vascular dystonia, high level of the accompanying pathology. Average values of immunological indicators at children in early period of primary tuberculosis infection and not infected authentically didn't differ, thus at rural children the values of pro-inflammatory cytokines, circulating immune complexes, alpha tumor necrosis factor exceeding norm, higher in group initially infected with tuberculosis micobacterium were registered.
