The high prevalence of patients with schizophrenia in need of hospital treatment, including rehospitalization cases has been shown, which is evidence of the severity of the disease. The epidemiological, clinical and anthropometric, clinical and immunological and biochemical preconditions of adaptation of schizophrenic patients have been identified to develop the criteria of personified approach to the administration of antipsychotics and their contribution to the development of unfavorable types of adaptation in patients with schizophrenia.
