Clinical features and treatment of organic nonpsychotic affective disorders at combatants with hypertension in the remote period of the closed craniocereberal trauma

In article features of clinical manifestations and treatment of organic nonpsychotic affective disorders in the remote period of the closed craniocereberal trauma at combatants with a hypertension are considered. It is established, that psychopathological violations at these patients can be united in three syndromal variants: cerebroasthenic (76,9 %), asthenic-anxiety-depressive (64,8%) and anxiety-depressive-hypochondrical (43,3%). It is shown that in most cases existing medical approaches don’t correspond structural of syndrome to features of the studied frustration.
