Clinical peculiarities of ecologically-conditioned disturbances of intelligence in children

Comparative clinico- psychopathological investigation of mental retardation in children, living in regions with different ecological characteristics, was made. It was revealed that ecology-induced MR had specific clinical characteristics, which declares in predomination of disorders in psychomotoric functions and prerequisites of intellect formation. It was revealed also non-specific neurological signs and dysembryogenetic stigmas, which testify to the cerebral organic brain damage
