The article presents a unique clinical case of congenital anomaly in a newborn calf of a black-and-white breed, after birth, who was diagnosed with cervical cardiac ectopia, which led to heart failure, clinical and physiological studies of the calf were conducted, hematological blood parameters were determined. Death occurred on the 10th day of life.
