The kidneys have tremendous compensatory capabilities and can maintain homeostasis over the years, even against the backdrop of severe lesions of their parenchyma and pyelocaliceal complex, but the general condition of the animal is deteriorating, as evidenced not only by clinical indicators, but also by blood and urine. The use of the surgical treatment method as a nephroectomy, followed by intensive therapy, the use of the homeopathic medicine and the appointment diet, helps to prolong and improve the quality of life of the animal.
