The article discusses the clinical case of a patient with diabetic nephropathy in the terminal stage of chronic renal failure (CRF), with severe concomitant diseases: Nephrogenic anemia of heavy severity. Sepsis. 2-sided septic polysegmentary destructive pneumonia caused by mixed flora, severe form, resolving. Respiratory function deficit, 3st. of respiratory failure. Chronic bilateral otitis media. Hypostatic sphenoiditis, etmoiditis. Cannula carrier Condition after tracheostomy from 09.08.17. Persistent vegetative state. Dysmetabolic encephalopathy of severe degree. Cerebral edema. Protein-energy wasting. CAD. Atrial flutter from 03.08.17. Angina of exertion of FC 2.CHF 2A.FC 3.Idiopathic hypertensia of the III stage, AG 3 of the Art., risk 4.Erysipelatous inflammation of shins of June, 2016 Nodule a craw, aneuthyroidism. Chronic atrophic gastritis, erosion of the upper third of the body of the stomach with a small curvature. Erosive esophagitis, bulbitis. LCB, chronic cholecystitis, remission. Gastrostoma since 18.10.17. Diverculus disease of the sigmoid colon with no signs of diverticulosis. Coronary bedsores. The patient receives hemodialysis and a set of medical measures in the nephrologic department. The medical history has been studied and treatment effectiveness has been analyzed.
