A clinical case of primary-multiple malignant disease after chemoradiotherapy of squamous cell tongue cancer and radiation treatment of basal cell skin cancer of the chest is given. This case shows the possibilities of modern organ-preserving chemoradiotherapy under radical program in a patient with squamous cell tongue cancer and basal cell skin cancer with good immediate and long- term results of treatment, with minimal chemo-radiation toxicity with fairly effective chemotherapy regimens and modern radiological radiation regimes without compromising quality of life. In some cases, it is possible and a complete cure of patients with primary-multiple malignant tumors, which do not lead to persistent and long-term disability, maintenance of performance,
