Несмотря на развитие современных технологий хирургических методов лечения, основной проблемой лечения забрюшинных липосарком является их местнорецидивирующий характер. В настоящее время ведущим методом лечения этого заболевания является хирургический. Перед мировым онкологическим сообществом стоит глобальная цель - разработка новых подходов в комбинированном лечении больных забрюшинными липосаркомами, что позволит снизить частоту рецидивов в послеоперационном периоде и повысить общую выживаемость пациентов с данной нозологией. В представленной статье представлены данные мировой литературы по методам лечения больных с забрюшинными липосаркомами, а также демонстрируется клинический случай лечения пациента с указанной нозологией в НМИЦ онкологии им. Н.Н. Блохина.
