Data about clinical-biological features of affective disorders comorbid with personality disorders and CHD in comparison with cases of affective disorders without specified comorbidity has been obtained. The study of clinical-pathophysiological features of the content of proteins of the Akt1/GSK-3ß-signaling pathway, concentration of neurotransmitters-regulators of the Akt1/GSK-3ß-signaling pathway (serotonin and dopamine) and study of distribution of AKT1 gene polymorphisms in patients with affective disorders as well as evaluation of the association of these indicators with severity of depression and response to antidepressant therapy were carried out. Frequency of some candidate genes in comorbidity of affective disorders and chronic CHD at heart station was evaluated and levels of cortisol and dehydroepiandrosterone sulphate in respective patients were measured.
