Clinicodiagnostic specification of a long-lasting gastroduodenitis in combination with child'S gastroesophageal reflux disease

We examined 120 patients (from 11 to 18 years old) with a long-lasting gastroduodenitis and a gastroesophageal reflux disease. There were clinical presentation of mal with pleomorphism without reference to continuance and severity of illness. The sick had complaints on transabdominal pains, dyspepsia and asthenovegetative evidence. The leading clinical syndrome was not fetched out. We are to mention the combination of a gastroesophageal reflux disease with a long-lasting gastroduodenitis associated to helicobacteriosys. For the purpose of getting a clinical diacrisis we made a detailed endo-anatomical research of a mucosal lining of a gastro-duodenal zone and also of a mucosal of a oesophagus with an obligatory consideration ofpH-monitoring.
