Introduction. The high prevalence of anxiety-phobic disorders in the working-age population, the recurrent course of the disease, leading to a decrease in the quality of life and working capacity, determine the relevance of the study. Objective: to study the risk factors for the development of anxiety-phobic disorders and clinical-dynamic characteristics of the disease. Materials and Methods. The study included 125 inpatients of “Clinical Psychiatric Hospital named after N.N. Solodnikov” in the period from 2013 to 2018, the mean age was 38.3±11.1 years. Most patients (p=0.000) underwent treatment for agoraphobia and panic disorder (101 - 80.8%), the smaller part - for panic disorder without agoraphobia (24 - 19.2%). Clinical-psychopathological, clinical-follow-up methods were used. Data processing was carried out using the STATISTICA 8 application package for statistical processing.
