Клинико-динамические характеристики биполярного аффективного расстройства при коморбидности с другими психическими расстройствами

Цель исследования - оценка частоты коморбидных психических расстройств при БАР, их влияние на диагностику и основные клинико-динамические характеристики БАР. Основные методы: клинико-психопатологический, клинико-катамнестический, статистический. Были обследованы 71 пациент с верифицированным диагнозом биполярного аффективного расстройства (по критериям МКБ-10). Результаты исследования указали на высокий уровень коморбидности БАР с другими психическими расстройствами (49,3 %). БАР в случае коморбидности с другими психическими расстройствами отличаются более частым повторением аффективных фаз, преобладанием смешанных эпизодов и более поздней выявляемостью в сравнении с БАР без указанной коморбидности.
