When examining 111 patients with abnormal pregnancy, pre-neurotic disorders were identified in 42 patients. Pathology of pregnancy in these women was characterized by placenta previa - 2 patients, preeclampsia - 18 women and chronic miscarriage - 22 patients. Age groups: aged 19 to 30 years old - 24 patients, from 30 to 40 years - 18, mean age was 27,6±2,8 years. For 19 patients this pregnancy was the first one, for 23 - repeated one. Pre-neurotic state was characterized by psychodisadaptive syndrome. Psychodisadaptive syndrome is a relatively stable complex, corresponding to the case of borderline disorders, having long-term formation (about six months and more) and manifesting in the form of four variants: asthenic variant with predominance of physical weakness; asthenic variant with predominance of mental weakness (deviations in attention, mental productivity); dysthymic one; psychovegetative one. Asthenic variant of psychodisadaptive syndrome was observed in 6 patients (14,3 %), including 4 patients with chronic miscarriage and 2 with preeclampsia. Asthenic variant with predominance of mental weakness was detected in 15 patients (35,7 %), including 8 patients with chronic miscarriage and 7 with preeclampsia. Dysthymic syndrome was identified in 9 women (21,4 %), including 6 patients with chronic miscarriage of pregnancy and 3 with preeclampsia. Psychovegetative syndrome was identified in 12 women (28,6 %), including 4 patients with chronic miscarriage of pregnancy, 6 with preeclampsia and 2 with placenta previa.
