Clinical-dynamic specifics of somaticized mental disorders with cardiovascular manifestations in pateints of an urban polyclinic

The paper considers results of examination of 218 patients suffering from somaticized mental disorders with cardiovascular manifestations (somatization disorder, depressive episode of mild degree with somatic symptoms, panic disorder). Their clinical-dynamic pre-clinical specifics are described. New data making possible the diagnostics of the initial stage of the distinguished variability of somaticized mental disorders are proposed.
