Clinical-immunologic peculiarities of tuberculosis in children with perinatal HIV-infection

Prevalence, features of diagnosis, clinical course, immunologic parameters, preventive maintenance of tuberculosis in children having with perinatal HIVinfection were studied. It is concluded that all children with perinatal HIV-infection are at high risk of the development of the tuberculosis in them owing to frequent epidemiologic environment of high danger, low scope by vaccinal prevention of children born by HIV-infected mothers and the development of immune deficiency. The investigations performed prove urgency of uniform all-Russian decision making concerning strategy of tuberculosis prevention in HIV-infected children.
