Clinical symptoms, number of medullarl blast cells and immune status in dependence on the stage of acute non-lymphoblastic and acute lymphoblastic leukemia were studied. It was established that multiple clinical symptoms are registered more often in patients having acute leukemia. Independently on acute leucosis stage, decreased number of blood NKcells was established. Patients having acute leukemia had immune status disturbances in all disease stages. The most important disturbances in patients with acute non-lymphoblastic leukemia were revealed during remission and recurrence but in patients having acute lymphoblastic leukemia these were revealed only in remission. Differences in immune status in first attack and secondary recurrence stages are characterized by immune pathogenetic aspects of acute non-lymphoblastic and acute lymphoblastic leukemia.
