There are learned the dynamic of change of content of proinflammatory cytokines in various humoral internal medium by patients at the right- and lefthemisphere localisation of the centres of bruises and intracranial hematomas in acute period craniocereberal trauma. Dynamic of change of content of interlakine 1β (IL-1β) in serum of blood and liquor shows presence interhemisphere of asymmetry of elaboration of the these cytokines.
