Clinical laboratory diagnostics of bacterial vaginosis

In the article experiment of diagnostics bacterial vaginosis at 112 women is shown. Diagnostics was based on the clinical data, general and gynecologic examination, laboratory, bacterioscopic and bacteriological cytological tests. The results of amine test and detection of "key" cells are indicative. The carried out analysis has shown that blood cells of the patients have the increased ability to production of major pro-inflammatory cytokines in accordance with the degree of bacterial vaginosis.
