The cliniko-immunologichesky characteristic of newborn children with respiratory distress-syndrome in early neonatal period

Authors performed follow up and immunologic examination of 67 newborns in difficult gestation. 32 newborns were born before 37-41 week and 35 children were born before 28-37 week, than have respiratory distress-syndrome in newborns. Dynamic of immunologic parameters during first week of live was compared in two groups.
