Key aspects of motivation and stimulation of the labor of pedagogical workers in the conditions of online education

This article is devoted to the study of the motivation and stimulation of the work of teaching staff in the context of online education. The purpose of the study is to identify factors that influence the motivation and stimulation of teachers in online education, and to offer practical recommendations to improve this situation. To achieve this goal, questionnaires and interviews were conducted with teachers who work in online education. The data were analyzed using qualitative and quantitative methods. A review of the literature has shown that the motivation and stimulation of the work of teachers in online education is an important issue that requires further study. An analysis of the results of the survey and interviews revealed that the main motivation factors for teachers in online education are the possibility of a flexible work schedule and access to new technologies. However, work incentives, such as salary increases and career advancement, have also proved to be important in increasing the motivation of educators in online education. The findings of the study show that in order to improve the motivation and stimulation of the work of teachers in online education, it is necessary to create more flexible working conditions, provide access to new technologies, and provide incentives for career growth and salary increases. The proposed recommendations can be useful for teachers, administrators of educational institutions and developers of online education programs who are interested in increasing the motivation and efficiency of teachers in online education.
