Key goals and objectives of a systems approach to management of cost-effective use in the industry

The article is devoted to problems of development of the system approach to the resource caretaking management in the current socioeconomic situation in Russia. The author considered and analyzed reasons for the need for the introduction of a systematic approach to the management of resource caretaking, the key objectives and goals of the management system resource caretaking, the role of logistics in these processes is considered.
