Key ideas for building a system for the formation of an entrepreneurial culture of future mid-level specialists

This article discusses the components of the system of formation of entrepreneurial culture among future mid-level specialists. The value, activity, operational-tactical and personal components represent the content structure of readiness for the formation of an entrepreneurial culture. In order to identify the level of formation of each of the presented components, we have compiled a criterion-diagnostic apparatus. We have defined systematic, culturological and integrative approaches to the system of formation of entrepreneurial culture among future mid-level specialists, as well as prescribed the principles that the system should adhere to. Further, the stages of formation of entrepreneurial culture were identified, which are also part of the system of formation of entrepreneurial culture of future mid-level specialists. Thus, the combination of systemic, culturological and subjective-environmental approaches allows us to approach the problem under study comprehensively, while developing a system for the formation of entrepreneurial culture of future mid-level specialists.
