Key positions in strategic state policy on support of small and medium business

This paper considers the key positions of strategic state policy for development of small and average business for the long term until 2030 in the context of its official documents. The author is analyzing the content, goals, objectives and mechanism of action, when decision comes to the conclusion that the state with the forecasts focuses on the realities and best proven practices of developed countries in supporting small and medium-sized businesses.
