Book products in a sovereign scientific system

Functioning of a sovereign scientific system facilitates sustainable development of the country, which makes urgent the studies of its particular aspects. This work considers some key problematic of the scientific book products in the context of its significance to this system. The main method is the conceptual analysis. It is shown that book products are not less important to the sovereign scientific system than periodic editions. The deficit of the quantity and the quality of these products is not absolute and linked to the organizational problem with two counterparts. The first of the latter is the limited accessibility of the significant part of book products to the scientific community, and the second is the deficit of the information about new books in all their diversity. Several solutions of the noted problem are proposed and, particularly, the creation of the special electronic system for book products and the stimulation of the mass publication of book reviews in scientific journals. The state approach, which is in the core of the sovereign scientific system, can help in the implementation of the related initiatives.
