Coding communication processes in the structure of education

The article discusses the problem of the interaction between thought and its verbal expression in natural and artificial languages as code forms and signal relations for determining the semantic consciousness of a human. Sense in the communicative and cognitive processes depends on a language symbol as an element of the said processes characterizing the structure of consciousness. In the field of education, it is defined by links at information levels in didactic structuring of the knowledge model of Selby and Weinbrenner-Fritzsche. The levels are interpreted as personal, interpersonal, local, national, international and global. In this context, the information space (space-time dimension) is considered as a thematic dimension covering key problems of global education in temporal coordinates: past, present and future.
