Cognitive interpretation as a method to reveal the signs of concept

The article is devoted to the study of the theory of concept in the context of the cognitive linguistics. As an example the author examines the concept «comprehension / incomprehension» in French. The content of concept represents diverse signs. One of the methods to reveal the signs consists in the application of cognitive interpretation. The tactics of this method is the semantic generalization of the meanings of the linguistic units.
