The cognitive models “power in hands”, “power’s hands”, “power of a hand” and the ways of their implementation

The article deals with the ways of the explication of three cognitive models “power in hands”, “power’s hands” and “power of a hand” in the Russian linguistic culture. There is stated that the studied models have similar traits: 1) they are explicated by the verbal constructions that express the active principle of the one who symbolizes power; 2) they are formed with the help of the metonymical transfer; 3) they can turn into the symbols of the Russian linguistic culture.
