Antimonopoly law in its provisions prohibiting cartel agreements primarily have in mind more joint activities of economic entities, while the prohibition of abuse of dominant position is reserved for the individual action of dominant companies. However, sometimes that ban could apply for the abuse of collective dominant position, and as such apply to practice. Antimonopoly law in Serbia, which is still in the initial stage of development, collective domination, even though it is regulated, it has never been found in practice. This paper is supposed to give an answer to the question: Why does it happens? Is it because collective domination don't exist in the Serbian market, or is absent due to its recognition of legal solutions that are not adequate in that area.
