Consumer protection is a legal and economic area within the framework of the development of modern countries based on the market economic principle on the one hand and the principle of social responsibility on the other. Compliance with the law in this area is not only the interest of consumers, but also of retailers, who thus fight in competitive match in the market, which leads to better business results, higher product quality and lower prices. What must be done is to implement the regulations and correct any shortcomings in this area. Organizations, manufacturers, traders and consumers must give their input in this regard to the multiple satisfactions of stakeholders.
