The relevance of the scientific study of the ethnic epic in the modern world is to study the processes of globalization as a manifestation of the heterogeneity of civilizations. The subject of the study is the epic of the peoples of Central Asia - the lullabies, as exemplified by the works of the Kyrgyz people. The purpose of this work is to study the characteristics of lullabies necessary for a deeper understanding of their impact on the formation of the child's personality, and also emphasizes the need to return to the traditional upbringing of children and reveal the importance of the lullaby of the hero “Manas” of the Kyrgyz folk epic in our time. Research methods: observation, conversation, experimental search work, generalization, methods of statistical processing of the obtained data. This topic is relevant, as it has a fundamental impact on the development of the child, on his emotional state. These are the first language lessons that develop memory, hearing, and help to master speech: Beshikyry (lullabies) were sung from the very birth of a person, were the forerunner of fairy tales. The scientific novelty of the study consists in the study of the epic of the Kyrgyz people and the comparison of national Kyrgyz lullabies with the epic of the peoples of Central Asia.
